Eva Heinrichs

Eva was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, and relocated permanently to Los Angeles to attend University of Southern California. Eva graduated in the top 3% of her class with a 3.98 GPA from the USC, with a B.A. in Sociology and a Double Minor in Psychology and Law. During her undergraduate education, Eva began working as a full-time family law paralegal, where she has shown immense initiative and leadership over the course of her career. 

In her undergraduate education, Eva performed extensive research on risk and resilience factors in individuals, which has carried over into her trauma-informed approach to legal advocacy. Eva shows compassion and unwavering loyalty to every client, and is able to engage with clients in a way that they feel supported beyond just legal representation.

During her time at USC, Eva also co-founded USC Flow, an intersectional feminist organization that performed extensive work on USC’s campus to transform sexual assault policies and change campus sexual assault culture. In her personal life, Eva remains active in her ongoing work in sexual assault advocacy. Eva also has extensive training in motivational interviewing via a social work internship with Seed House Project where she worked with young adults transitioning out of homelessness and/or the prison system to develop life skills and long-term stability. Eva’s varied background has granted her with many noteworthy skills necessary  to dedicate her career to navigating complex family law cases with a compassionate, holistic approach. 

In her free time, Eva enjoys playing with her rescue pup, hiking, long walks on the beach, and writing letters to friends.
