Evan Braunstein

Evan Braunstein has been practicing family law in California since 2001. A native of West Orange, NJ, he brings over two decades of focused experience to all aspects of family law, including complex divorce, child custody disputes, and domestic violence matters.

Mr. Braunstein is adept at navigating high-conflict cases and has extensive experience working with mental health professionals and other related experts. He is also highly skilled in the financial aspects of dissolution and support matters, and partners frequently with forensic accountants to determine and resolve nuanced financial issues.

One of Mr. Braunstein’s favorite practice areas is the negotiation and drafting of Premarital Agreements, where his keen foresight and attention to detail is especially valuable. Throughout his practice, he is committed to delivering strategic legal solutions that prioritize resolutions and stability for his clients over unnecessary conflict or excessive billing.

Mr. Braunstein lives in Culver City with his wife, son, and two dogs. Outside the office, Mr. Braunstein enjoys reading, playing board games and card games, and supporting his son’s Little League team.

He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the California Lawyers Association.
