Edlin Martin, Esq.

Edlin Martin is an associate attorney at Moder Berman. Ms. Martin specializes in litigation of high-conflict family law issues such as domestic violence restraining orders, move-away cases, and child custody and visitation arrangements. Ms. Martin has devoted much of her career to helping children and other victims of violence in family law and related immigration matters. Ms. Martin is particularly proud of her contribution to the drafting of California bill AB-1678, which was signed into law in 2016. The bill expanded the right of victims of violent crimes to get a free copy of their incident report from law enforcement agencies.
